website – placed news article about fastpitch regionals on website, Facebook, and Twitter.

Kasey Patterson – creating program for band day

RecTec – received a quotation for renewal of backup service with Carbonite. Completed a PO and sent to Mr. Gower.

OneNet – talked to tech support on telephone to plan circuit change to new demarcation at 3:30 pm today. Update: at 3:30 pm I was back in touch with Josh at OneNet and moved the patch cable from our prior (Cisco) demarc to the the new (Ciana) demarc. Unfortunately, he was unable to ping our router and so after about 30 minutes of various attempts he decided to go back to the old (Cisco) demarc and get in touch with ATT to see if they could verify testing. At this time we are back to our old circuit and waiting until tomorrow morning to try again. We also discussed renting a router from OneNet and turning the management over to them. Have not heard back from Kellogg on the paperwork and timelines for this option. Will write them again.

The attached chart from OneNet shows that a small school should provide at least a 100 Mbps circuit by 2017 and a 300 Mbps circuit by 2020. According to their recommendations, we are right on target. Our current 100 Mbps circuit will be upgraded to 200 Mbps as soon as we get a commitment letter from eRate.
